ORIGIN : Syria
INSPECTION : SGS or equivalent
QUANTITY : 60,000 MT ( splitting first delivery 10,000 MT; second delivery
20,000 MT; third delivery 30,000 MT) +/- 5%
CONTRACT DURATION : Spot.
DELIVERY : USD 402 FOB any port in Turkey
FIRST LIFTING : September 2011, then 10,000 MT
SPECIFICATION : See enclosed document.
PAYMENT: By a irrevocable, Letter Of Credit issued as quickly as possible by any
reputable bank in favour of Seller upon receipt and acceptance of SGS quality and quantity
certificate.
INSPECTION : SGS or equivalent.
PROCEDURE: To be confirmed between both parties
