Quantity: 20 000 MT SPOT +/- 10% with rollovers and extensions up to 12 months(deppending of water limit of Loading Port)
Port of loading: FOB Riga, Latvia
Price formula: Platts Barges FOB Rotterdam under heading “ Diesel 50ppm” minus a Discount of 10 USD per Metric Ton
Payment: 80% in tanks upon Dip-Test, 20% upon Loading the Product to the Buyer’s Vessel
PROCEDURE:
Buyer issues ICPO with Soft Probe permission.
The Selle’s Bank (Emirates NBD Bank) conclude the Soft Probe.
Seller issues Contract, Buyer amends if required, signs, seals and returns.
Seller finalizes signs and seals Contract and returns to Buyer
Seller provides POP as:
1) Commercial invoice.
2) Tank Receipts.
3) Deep Test Authorization Letter.
4) Tank Warrant issued by the Terminal of Riga Port confirming that upon receiving the payment of 80% of Product Value the Product will be blocked on Buyer’s name
Buyer conduct deep test within 72 hours Maximum
Upon the successful verification Buyer issues MT 103 covered 80% of Product vaule within 2 banking days
Buyer issues Q88
Terminal issues LAYCAN
The Seller is responsible of Product transfer to the Buyer’s Vessel
Upon loading the Product to the Vessel the Buyer issues MT103 of the rest of 20% Product Value within 48 hours according to the B/L Quantity
*The Final Price of the Product will be calculated by average on the day of Bill of Lading, the day before Bill of Lading and the day after Bill of Lading
We also represent our sanction to Bank of the Supplier (Seller) EMIRATES NBD NANK to make inquiry of our solvency concerning the given transaction (« Soft Probe ».) ref to the ICPO Code xxxxxxx, to that we authorize ours bank during since 25th of June 2012 till 1st of July 2012 to give the necessary information (« Soft Probe»). The given document provides the legal basis for the Seller's transfer of these terms and parameters for preparing of the draft contract and shall become an integral part of the future contract and valid for up to 10 days from the date presented to the Seller.
