After posted my Buyer Orders on July 2 ,I had received over 50 SCO, almost 100% of SCO with upfront fess either from Seller's mandates or End Sellers
I cannot stress enough almost all SCO with UPFRONT FEES are either FAKE or SCAM or Cannot deliver
The Russia Embassy Trade Representatives in Ottawa Canada suggest that if the company is a legitimate entity registered in the Russian Federation they can provide Articles of Association and Tax Certifications upon request and make sure you run by the Consular or have a local Russian lawyer to verify the documents before proceed to the next stage
We are dealing with USD Millions/month contract here and there are no reasons Why a Genuine End Seller will not pay for all the fees when Buyer can SWIFT Pre Advice Prove of Funds.
In addition I had 2 SCO without any upfront fees and normal working procedures so far and after verification with their website which show flaws that domain is registered within this year and information which still referring to 2010 productions etc
So even SCO without upfront fees are also FAKE or SCAM as these individuals are getting smarter that the upfront fees will not work anymore to lure more educated individuals like us
Anyway just have to be very careful not to be prey by this unscrupulous idiots that are thinking we are stupid and desperate to finalize a deal!!!!!
