Dear Coal Miner or Real Suppliers,
We appreciate your valuable time of going through this very important message. We sincerely hope and look for a long term strategic coal miner who is able to supply steam coals to our client (state-owned power plants) in China. We hold contracts to supply large quantities of steam coals to 3 Power Plants (End User) in China. The trial order quantity is up to 50000 MT for not less than 5,000 Kcal/kg. Once trial order is OK, 3-5 year or longer contracted will be signed. We are fully aware that it is not an easy task to guarantee supply of such huge quantity from an coal miner and we are sincerely invite those capable coal miners to participate in these long term business whereby our both End Buyer and User are from very strong and good reputation companies in China. As this point of time, our End Buyer has managed to sign 2 contracts with an Indonesian Coal Miner, but still a shortage of lots of quantities of steam coals per month.
Term and conditions:-1) Must be in CIF China port. 2) Must be directly from Coal Miner, because End User will entitle for a tax rebate/incentive given by government of such transaction deal. The procedure is as below:-1) Meeting between Coal Miner and us (End Buyer's Mandate) and the following documents to be provide during the meeting: a. Coal Miner provides us with all the relevant documents such as Mining License, Export License, Geologist Report and etc. 2) Coal Miner's company profile will be sent to End Buyer and they will make the verification by the China Embassy in Jakarta.3) Once verification is done, a Table-Talk Meeting will be arranged in China; 5) Agreement signed and both parties arranging delivery and payment.
