We hereby confirm with Full Corporate, Legal Authority and Responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to supply Indonesian Steam Coal for the mentioned commodity under the following terms and conditions :
1 Commodity : Indonesian Steam Coal
2 Origin : South Kalimantan Indonesia
3 GCV: 5500 Kcal – 5300 Kcal
4 Product Quantity : ± 50,000 MT per month x 12 months
5 Price: USD 70.00 MT FOB MV
6 Payment : 100 % L/C top Prime Approved Bank, Seller covers 2% PB to Buyer
7 Site Mine : South Kalimantan
8 Port of Loading : Taboneo Kalimantan Indonesia (deep sea)
9 Jetty : By Conveyor and Trucking Jetty can load
4 barges and each barge up to 300 feet
10 Stock : ± 30,000 MT at stockpile
11 Delivery Terms : According the Sales & Purchase Agreement
Procedure :
-Buyer send LOI to seller
-Seller send FCO and others documents to buyer
-Seller send draft contract to buyer with seller profile.
-Buyer Check on the spot at the stockpile.
-Buyer and Seller sign and seal final contract.
-Buyer issued Payable and Bank Guaranteed
-Delivery Start as agreed in contract.
