1) Buyer issues an LOI with discussed procedures. Seller shall present buyer with Full Corporate Offer with Contract Sales/Purchase Agreement with Seller's Full Banking coordinates.
2) Buyer and Seller sign and seal contract including banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy via electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
3) Documents issued to support validity of transaction are as follows, (with name of buyer after SBLC per step 4) :
A) Injection report from loaded vessel.
4.) SBLC issued for one month supply of product value, for first spot vessel is ($500,000) Average supplier will ask for a 30-day value, but we want to see a transaction perform.
5.) Vessel sails to designated Port and Captain make announcement of Arrival
6.) Dip test performed within 24 hours of arrival.
7.) Upon final analysis the buyer has 48 hours to make final payment of product based.
