1. Sign spa
2. Seller release verifiable cargo documents for buyer verification.
3. Upon verification, buyer release valid CPA, Q88, SSB NUMBER, & ATL
4. Seller vessel send NOR to buyer's vessel and both vessels open communication.
5. Both vessel tie-up. Buyer inspector at the invitation of the seller's vessel master cross over to conduct q&q.
6. Upon successful q&q, buyer pays 50% and discharge commence.
7. Upon completion of discharge, seller issue final commercial invoice along with payment advice and reassigned all cargo documents in buyer's name along with title transfer.
8. Buyer confirm cargo documents makes final payment via mt103/ktt less any initial payment made.
9. Vessel release to sail
