Our direct and well-known to us buyer will buy Jet A-1, EN-590 on spot FOB Rotterdam + contract. Suitable procedure:
1) After represenatives finish their negotiations seller issues FCO/SCO to the name of the buyer along with their TSA (Otherwise no one can tell whether seller is real or not, everything can be written in CP or on the website, and 99% is fake information of impostors who pretend to be sellers. We are fed up with such companies, if they can be called "companies" at all.);
2) Buyer evaluates seller's details and sends his ICPO+CPA/TSA+ATV;
3) Seller verifies buyer's CPA/TSA and issues CI, buyer signs it and returns it back, seller sends POP with SGS not older than 48 hours;
4) Buyer conducts dip test and pays for the cargo, giving coordinates of his tank to the seller;
5) Seller injects fuel;
All the rest, like requirement for fresh BCL (because seller doesn't have fuel himself and is going to go with this BCL to another trader) will not be accepted!
If you can't give special recommendation on your seller, if are not direct to the seller or mandate, if you don't know them well – please don't reply at all!
