3. Buyer issue a Blocked Fund or SBLC of $1m or only 5% of product cost and do nothing more until Q&Q at your POD, when you pay total cost by MT103.
_Our Partial Proof of Product (PPOP) from the refinery includes:_
(a) Certificate of Origin of product
(b) Certificate of Quality of product
(c) Statement of Product Availability (Notarized).
(d) Commitment Letter to Supply (Notarized)
(e) Certificate of Registration of Refinery
(f) Export Licence of the Refinery
(g) Charter Party Agreement (CPA)
