Job Description	Reporting to the CEO, duties will include: providing leadership to oversee all company financial and accounting practices including all financial reporting, analysis and projections managing the funding structure and strategy for the company risk management, including hedging of the company’s exposures responsibility for tax and cash management generating strategic opportunities, including business development and fleet expansion through knowledge of the rig market and client base. To be successful in this role you’ll be MBA or Masters qualified from a recognised institution with experience in a similar capacity within the offshore, drilling or marine industry. A strong technical accounting base as a platform, with good knowledge of assets financing, capital markets and M&A.
