Job Description	We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Consultant with a focus on Asia and International recruitment. For this exciting position, you will be working in a result driven team to realize strategic recruitment solutions for our prestigious clients in energy industry. You will also be responsible for contributing to team sales activities, as well as client and candidate management. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following criteria: • A minimum 4 – 5 years of industrial exposure in the international market with a strong people networks across different industries and energy sector, or have at least 4 years proven track record with an executive search firm in Asia or International recruitment. • An entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys fulfilling challenging goals and career objectives. • Self motivated and driven in nature; yet able to function well as part of a dynamic team. • Confident in engaging key decision makers of multi-national corporations and have good negotiation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill; must have the ability to influence others in an assertive manner.
