 Job Description Our client, prominent within the Aviation industry is seeking to appoint a HR Manager to take lead role in creating and implementing strategic direction for their European operations in Norway. As HR Manager - Norway operations, you will lead the HR team, optimising the effective delivery of a comprehensive HR service and promoting the function as a key strategic partner to the business. Although our client preference is to base this position in Stavanger the successful candidate may undertake this role while maintaining residence with other European locations.

Ideally you should be degree qualified with 10-15 years of experience in human resources preferably in a generalist capacity and detailed knowledge of Norwegian employment law an advantage.
