 Job Description Duties:

Assisting business managers in selecting appropriate supply routes

Arranging searches on appropriate web-sites and placing adverts

Communication and liaison with external Recruitment Agencies

Maintaining internal database

Conducting candidate screening and referencing

Liaison and interface with customers and external suppliers

Liaison with HR on Hiring and Appointments

Facilitating the Interview Process in conjunction with local managers

Facilitating the Selection Process in conjunction with local managers

Candidate management where necessary

Administering Testing and Selection Centres when necessary

Contributing to the development of best practice in the Recruitment Supply Chain

Qualifications:

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of the Recruitment environment

Working in a customer facing environment

Technology literate

Communication and Interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and thorough in approach

Motivated and Multi-Tasking ability

Knowledge of the role of External Suppliers


Requirements:

Essential:

Experience of working in a Resourcing/Recruitment environment

Experience of working with technology systems and databases

Proficient in facilitating interviews

Working in, or demonstrable awareness of Recruitment Supply Channels

Working in, or demonstrable awareness of Customer Services

Administrative, Telephone and Organisational Skills

Enthusiasm and Development potential

Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry


Desirable:

In house recruitment experience

Experience of working with External Suppliers

Experience of Recruitment Systems

Experience of working with web-based technology

Knowledge of Generalist HR functions and Employment Legislation
