Job Description	To drive global IT Infrastructure implementation The job: You will be part of a small project organisation that manages all IT Infrastructure projects. Your responsibility will start right from an idea is born. You can turn ideas into a solution design and a business case using your own expertise and sparring with your team and partners. Followed by a PMI based project implementation process you will hand over the solution to IT operations internally. Projects will be ranging from minor technology upgrade projects to large scale roll outs of new technology in 50 countries new spanning 6-12 months. Our success depends on your ability to drive projects trough to realisation of the benefits defined in the business case. As part of the team you and your colleague are responsible for: • Managing projects through all phases until expected benefits are realised. • Defining and managing IT infrastructure projects • Architecting and developing IT infrastructure standards for the Hempel group • Driving IT infrastructure standardisation throughout +130 offices globally • Manage stakeholder relations and negotiating with IT vendors. • Collaborating with +90 IT colleagues in 20 countries covering 13 time zones. You will work out of the headquarters in Lundtofte, reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Operations Director. In this global position travelling around 20-30 days a year must be expected. Qualifications You need to have a solid experience in PMI based project management (or similar) as well as IT infrastructure technologies. The latter includes Windows server operation, virtualisation, (W)LAN/WAN networking and security. You must know what to do, but not necessarily how. You may not be experience in driving global scale IT infrastructure projects yet, but you have what it takes. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness. It comes natural to you to communicate in English both in writing and verbally.
