Job Description	Our client is an integrated subsea contractor providing a range of engineering and subsea services to the offshore oil and gas sector worldwide. As the senior sales professional, you will be responsible for the achievement of the annual sales targets in line with the group business plan, along with an underlying aim to maximize the efficiency of the Hallin group sales processes within each of the main operating divisions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years professional sales experience in the Oil and Gas Sector either from within a subsea contracting organisation or from a service environment, and will be able to demonstrate a record of successful sales within a global sales role. Having managed a multicultural global sales force, the challenges in developing and delivering sales management plans and client management processes will be fully understood. The role is a senior management role and therefore the ideal candidate will be able to articulate a proposition and discuss opportunities as well as negotiate at senior executive level and can demonstrate the "gravitas" to be accepted at the highest level within a potential clients' organisation.
