 Job Description Responsible for Sales and Business Development activities in the UK

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the growth of the Metering business
• Complete responsibility for sale input from enquiry generation through to order conversion
• Deliver sales input inline with business objective
• Management reporting of sales pipeline and monthly results
• Operate as part of the Metering business development and management team
• Enhancing the profile of the metering service offering in the measurement community
• Delivery of sales presentations to new and existing customers
• Maintain, develop and continually improve marketing and sales materials
• Liaison with internal sales & marketing personnel

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Educated to Degree level or up to 5 years experience in selling role in the flow metering sector
• Proven experience in oil & gas flow measurement
• Self-motivated individual, driven to exceed targets

ESSENTIALS:

• Sales & Business Development experience
• Understanding of the issues affecting customers business critical measurement systems
• Successful candidate will already have excellent relationships within the measurement community
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Prepared to travel including overseas, when required
• Full driving licence

DESIRABLES:

• Sales & Business Development experience in a measurement environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all internal and external levels
• Team player
• Experience working with allocation systems
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Contribute to development of new software products and training materials
• Willing to enter the Academy management programme
