 Job Description Applicants should have a degree in Engineering, Production or Business Management along with management experience in the energy sector, ideally in managing owned assets (FPSO, FSU, Production Units) offshore, UKCS.

With proven credentials of leading a diverse management team, preferably in a JointVenture environment, you must also have experience of successfully managing interfaces with regulatory bodies in the UKCS and the ability to deliver full client satisfaction on a face-to-face basis.

You must also have a track record of improving bottom line results and experience of verifiable P&L accountability and outcomes reporting at Board level.

The successful applicant will receive an attractive industry-comparable remuneration package including a generous variable component linked to achievement of agreed performance outcomes.
