Job Description	• At least 15 years experience in a similar capacity as an HSE Manager involved in onshore and offshore O&G facilities. • Candidate shall be able to demonstrate capabilities to supervise & coordinate design safety systems, have experience in all phases of engineering, detailed design, fabrication & installation, and have experience in preparing safety engineering documents for similar type construction projects. Job Description: • Provide leadership and advice for the application of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality in accordance with the HSEQ Management system and programs across offshore facilities and shore bases. • Implement and maintain HSEQ corporate programs aboard the offshore facilities and shore bases . • Verify compliance and/or identify any non compliance issues with laws, regulations, permits, certifications, and client/Corporate expectation for all offshore facilities and shore bases. • Provide HSEQ support to operational management. • Provide assistance to Operations managers to maintain compliance with HSEQ management system, OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, 9001 and ISM.
