Job Description	Position description Perform design calculations and prepare documents / drawings to support sales and project execution. Main focus areas are tunnel thrusters and propeller shafting systems. Mainly tunnel thrusters to start with. Assist in technical discussions with customers when requested (in CN language when applicable). Maintain close cooperation with colleagues (globally) in both design and production engineering. Responsibilities Technical education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) Knowledge of and experience with propulsion and power production onboard marine and/or offshore installations Experience of project management in international marine and/or offshore installations and proven communication skills. Min 3 years experience in marine industry, preferably in engineering environment Development Responsibilities: - Develop block diagrams for combinations of existing products - Develop integrated systems for specific ship types together with experts that have deep knowledge of products systems (engines, thrusters etc.) and ship design experts. - Proactively share your knowledge and experience with the rest of the organisation. - Suggest and develop the way of working for optimal result and efficiency.
