CLAUSE 1: NAME OF COMMODITY:
LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS ( LNG).
CLAUSE 2: ORIGIN
The country of origin will be the State of QATAR or other Arab countries or from any safe countries at Seller’s option and choice.
CLAUSE 3: PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
The LNG to be delivered by Seller will conform to the specifications as stated here below.
At the port of loading and at the cost of Seller, representatives of SGS or Lloyd’s of London or any other comparable World Class Inspection Organization (“the Inspection Company”) shall issue a certificate for every shipment stating that the product conforms to the following specification:
