LNG & LPG CONTRACTS FROM QATAR
Purchasing Corporations or Refineries and
Government State owned companies that willing to obtain Oil and Gas under terms
and conditions from each supplier’s country , within their legality and regulatory system that
these contracts are from Middle East Region.
Without exception the End buyer must comply to Ras Gas procedures.
PRE-QUALIFICATION
All End Buyer are subject to be in Pre-Qualification requirements for the purchase of LNG or LPG from Ras Gas.
The purpose of Ras Gas’s customer prequalification policy is to ensure the candidate company is capable of meeting its operational and financial contractual obligations towards Ras Gas.
INTERMEDIARIES OR RESELLERS
Intermediaries or resellers who have prequalified buyers need not worry as we can still process this deal in another capacity.
Resellers with proper mandate letters from their buyer can be setup as RasGas mandates of course subject to approval.
With the assistance of our expert consultants, we can help resellers to the approved buyer become mandates and subsequently paymasters of primary contracts.
This will allow you to collect your commissions as the mandate paymaster and play a significant role with your customer and future customers.
PROCEDURES ON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
1. We require to receive
a) Letter of Intent from the End Buyer including the below information.
b) Company profile with Covering Letter to mention the Quantity and period of the contract 15 years or 25 years ,together with
c) Bank Comfort Letter from their bank to certify their financial capability of purchasing the LNG or LPG for period of contract.
All the documents to be addressed to Ras Gas , Doha Qatar
2. Upon initial acceptance ,the End buyer will receive specimens copies for prequalification submission.
3. Once approved, End Buyer will receive Ras Gas’s purchasing procedures specimen copies such as ICPO , BCL etc
and LNG Sales contract procedures, to be submitted for final approval to Ras Gas.
MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR LNG AND LPG
Our capacity to offer and to supply LNG minimum quantity of 300,000 MT/Month x 25 years term period of contract .
LPG is 200 000 MT /mth x 12 mth x 25 yrs. Attached specification for LNG and LPG from Ras Gas / Qatar Gas

We offer an excellent discount and price depending on the term of contract. This discounted price will be unmatched with anything the competition have to offer, plus you will recieve RasGas
ability to provide product efficiently and cost effectively. The discounts depend on the following criteria.
a. Quantity MT / mth
b. Period of Contract 15 years or 25 years
c. Buyer's Bank issuing with TOP 25 Bank bank and its AA rating.
COMMISSIONS
Buyer need to appoint a Mandate to act as their Paymaster ..... to pay net to seller and the commission to all parties involved.
Paymaster’s company profile and letter of appointment to be submitted for the Seller’s consideration.
All submission must be submitted via our Official Legal Mandate for Ras gas. He is also the Official legal mandate for Gulf Cooperation Countries .
