The company is looking for interested partnership that is ready to join her to the development of it Water front Jetty. Which can be of great financial benefits with the following business but limited to suggestion in the deal.
The Model:
1. Set –up a jetty and slipway ramp for anchorage of all marine devices such as vessels, tugboats, barges of all types, houseboats, etc. for individuals and corporate bodies.
2. Set-up maintenance workshop for maintenance of vessels, barges, tugboats, etc.
3. Set-up a fabrication workshop basically for fabrication of piping components, structural and steel fabrication works, valve maintenance, reconstruction and maintenance of vessels.
4. Set-up a material warehouse to accommodate large storage of cargoes commercially for both individuals and corporate bodies.
5. Set-up barge maintenance open shade for Building and maintenance of barges, House boats, Tug Boat etc.
The Service;
1. Create a multipurpose jetty strategically located nearer and to serve the oil and gas industry e.g Chervron, Shell Petroleum Development (SPDC), Southern Gas and NNPC etc. in the Niger Delta zone in particular and Nigeria in general.
2. The service shall have service level agreements with multiple financial providers for the purpose of servicing existing clients and creating new ones.
INCOME DYNAMICS:
Service charges.
Rentage fees on spaces from material warehouse.
Transaction fees: docking and equipment rentage/daily collections.
Traffic charges/services on crane/trailer/truck/lorry, road tanker
Demurrage on vessels, barges, tugboats, jack-up barge, utility barges, crew boats
Charges on inspection, etc.
The Areas Cover:
The Ultra Modern Main office and Water Front Jetty covers a total land of 112958.6795m2 equivalent to 3.19acres; it has a perimeter of 544.8112m and a water front of 78.65m.
We are also open to other suggestives to utilize the vast space of Land. We are ready to sit on a round table to prospective partner/s for more information.
