Procedure (non- negotiable) :
The Buyer sends ICPO alongside with a BCL (issued by a Top 25 or Top 50 Bank) and addressed to FREE INTERNATIONAL S.A . The BCL has to be sent on bank to bank basis (MT 799) . And its verbiage shall state that the Buyer has the entire sum to complete this deal.
The Seller sends contract (open for amendments) to the Buyer
Both parts sign the contract
The Seller sends the boats documents to the Buyer
The Bank officers exchange BL against payment through MT 103
