EXW/FCA APPROVED STANDARD BANKING WORKING PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer issues irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with banking details, company registration certificate and copy of the authorized signatory's ID.
2. Seller issues Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract and Commercial Invoice for buyer¡¯s review and signing.
3. Buyer signs the Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract and Commercial Invoice back to the seller.
4. Seller issues partial proof of product (PPOP) to Buyer.
- Certificate of quality issued by the manufacturer;
- SGS inspection report or equivalent;
5. Buyer issues SBLC to cover Shipment value to seller¡¯s bank in Seven (7) working days.
6. If the buyer fails to issue SBLC in seven (7) working days, in alternative buyer shall make Security Guarantee Deposit of 2% via T.T Wire from the total value of the Contract of the first shipment to seller fiduciary bank account as performance to secure the allocation which will be deducted from the first shipment.
7. Upon confirmation of buyer¡¯s SBLC or Security Guarantee Deposit of 2% via TT Wire to Fiduciary seller¡¯s bank, the seller will issue POP documents.
- Certificate of quality issued by the manufacturer;
- SGS inspection report or equivalent;
- Commercial invoice indicating description, quantity and value of the Goods;
- Certificate of origin;
- Documents (in possession of the seller), at the buyer request, that the buyer needs to arrange a carriage (clearance);
- Packing list.
8. Shipment commences according delivery basis EXW (INCOTRERMS 2010), upon acceptance of goods the buyer makes the payment for the shipment via TT Wire or MT103.
9. Seller transfer the Product Title to the Buyer.
10. Seller pays intermediaries based on the NCNDA/IMPFA signed with the seller participating in the transaction on the seller's side.
