6. Reciev bank sends MT799/swift (B2B) and IPGL notorazied in court (exhibit C)
7. Provider bank send mt760 SBLC (exhibit D)
8. Reciever bank pay mt 103

No any upfront charges
Receiver bank should be A rating.
The €80B SBLC will be in Tranches.
