TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(2% Fixed Rate)
LOAN TERMS AND CONDITION PROCEDURES
We are a private lending company that is posed to move a borrower from one level to the next level through our long time funding program
LOAN FUNDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. FUNDING RANGE: Minimum U$1 Million and maximum funding is U$10 Billion
2. LOAN PERIOD: 15 years period depending on the borrower or more
3. INTEREST RATE: 2% per year interest rate
4. LOAN REPAYMENT: Balloon payment is at the end of the 15 year period which means the borrower will pay back the total loan amount at once at the end of the 15 year loan period
5. INTEREST PAYMENT: At the end of each year, the borrower pays an interest rate to the lender (annually) which starts from the 3rd year after the grace period of 2 years
6. GRACE PERIOD: 2 years or equivalent of 24 months of grace period
7. LOAN COLLATERAL: The project itself is the collateral for the loan amount which the project is tired as the collateral to the loan amount
LOAN FUNDING PROCEDURE:
1. TYPE OF PROJECTS FOR FUNDING: INFRASTRUCTURE – ENERGY – HEALTH CARE – SHOPPING CENTRES - CONSTRUCTIONS - GREEN ENERGY - OIL, DRILLING AND MINING -LUMBERING, START-UP PROJECTS AND ON GOING PROJECTS - TRADING BUSINESSES
2. The loan closing face to face meeting will be in the office of our financial advisory
3. The loan amount disbursement via bank to bank transfer to the borrower's account
4. The required documents from the project owner for the loan process

5. Once we received all the above requested documents from the borrower. We will review and evaluation the documents, if the project is approved for funding then we will send the loan application form for the borrower to fill and sign to return it to me immediately
6. We will prepare the loan agreement for the borrower's perusal immediately after the borrower has returned the signed filled and signed loan application form
7. We will then prepared loan agreement and send it to the borrower for careful study and crosscheck for any mistakes on the loan agreement. If the borrower is satisfied with the content of the loan agreement then the borrower is expected to counter-sign the loan agreement which is a proof that the borrower has agreed with the terms and condition of the loan agreement before the signing of the hard copy of the loan agreement with the financial advisory at the loan closure meeting
8. The date of the closure meeting will be agreed with the borrower in regards to the loan closure meeting with the financial advisory
9. The face to face meeting with the borrower is to sign the hard copy of loan agreement, registration of the loan project documents and funds disbursement to the borrower's account
10. The borrower must come with the copies of following loan project documents for the loan closure meeting and registration of the loan project documents before loan amount transfer

11. The loan closure required fee is $19,550.00, that is for the payment and registration of the borrower's loan project documents with the following offices CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE, TREASURY OFFICE FOR THE LOAN AMOUNT, HIGH COURT REGISTRY OFFICE FOR SPV AND LEGALIZATION AND NOTARY OFFICE FOR THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND THE SIGNED LOAN AGREEMENT
12. The borrower will come with $19,550.00 in cash or by any means that is favorable for the borrower to come with the required fee for the loan closure meeting in the office our financial advisory and after signing the loan agreement then the borrower will hand over the require fee to the financial advisory to process and pay for the registrations of the above mentioned loan project documents together with the signed loan agreement to the respective offices in charge.
